（中央社台北8日電）中央氣象局凌晨2時30分公布最新氣象資料顯示，今年第1號颱風尼伯特中心目前在台東東南方海面，向西北西轉西北移動，暴風圈已進入台灣東部、東南部及中南部陸地，對全台各地及澎湖、金門構成威脅，各地風雨逐漸增強。

強烈颱風尼伯特凌晨2時中心位置在台東的東南方約80公里海面上。7級風暴風半徑200公里，10級風暴風半徑80公里。以每小時14公里速度，向西北西轉西北進行。近中心最大風速每秒55公尺(約每小時198公里)，相當於16級風。瞬間之最大陣風每秒68公尺(約每小時245公里)，相當於17級風以上。

氣象局提醒颱風尼伯特警戒區域，陸上包括台灣各地區（含蘭嶼、綠島）及澎湖、金門應嚴加戒備，並防強風豪雨。在海上部分，台灣附近各海面及巴士海峽航行作業船隻應嚴加戒備。

另外，氣象局指出，受颱風及其外圍環流影響，各地（含蘭嶼、綠島）沿海風浪逐漸增強，伴隨較強陣風，並有長浪發生，請避免前往海邊活動。颱風暴潮影響，沿海低窪地區應防淹水及海水倒灌。

氣象局說，目前尼伯特颱風中心逐漸接近蘭嶼及綠島，請上述地區民眾嚴加戒備。不過，氣象局也指出，因受背風沉降影響，今天清晨至上午，嘉義以北至新竹有局部氣溫偏高現象。

氣象局再次提醒，因受颱風影響，各地風雨將逐漸增強，室外懸掛物招牌、圍籬及鷹架等應加強固牢，陽台之盆景等應妥善放置，排水溝渠應加強清理。1050708
